Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 15% of the total charter fee is required to secure a booking.
- Full payment of the remaining balance is due by the end of the charter time.
- Payments can be made via VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, JCB, China Union Pay or cash. All prices are quoted in euros.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the scheduled departure date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- All other cancellations will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 2 days prior to the original departure date.
- A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total charter fee may apply.
Weather and Safety
- The captain reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to inclement weather or safety concerns.
- In the event of a captain-initiated cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually agreed date and time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Damage and Liability
- The charterer is responsible for any damage caused to the boat or its equipment during the charter period, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the boat owner and crew against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the charterer's use of the boat.
Insurance
The boat owner maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the vessel. However, it is recommended that the charterer obtains their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Maximum Capacity and Conduct
- The maximum number of passengers allowed on board is 8, including the captain.
- The charterer agrees to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for optional extras such as catering, equipment rental, or extended charter durations.
Transparency note: any additional charges will always be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance before you commit to anything.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti and the Italian Civil Code.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a charter with us, the charterer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
